The patented FlexDeck Shock Absorption System reduces knee and joint stress, making it safer than running outside and decreasing the risk of injury.

The heart rate monitoring system includes contact heart rate hand sensors and wireless telemetry, with a user-friendly design that features an integrated smartphone/tablet holder doubling as a reading rack for added convenience. The Quick Start function remembers your preferred walk, jog, and run speeds, along with three different incline positions.
